ABSTRACTS | PROCEEDINGS | SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT FOR ORAL SELECTION AND POSTER PRESENTATION

Papers will be called for after the meeting, and will be published in a special edition of Physica B.
Submissions for oral and poster presentation selection accepted and responded to up until: 15 January, 2009
STEPS TO ABSTRACT SUBMISSION / REGISTRATION

Click on Registration. Complete the required sections of the form. In the Abstract box, enter Title, Author and Affiliation details.

Complete your Abstract, using this ABSTRACT TEMPLATE NB: Abstract is ONE-page in length.

Label your .pdf file: ETOPIM8-XXXX_(underscore)Surname.pdf
e.g. ETOPIM8-1056_Iannou.pdf , where ETOPIM8-1056 is the registration Number and Iannou is the surname. Click on BROWSE to find the file, attach and UPLOAD to server -
The language of the conference is English, and all presentations, oral and poster, should be in English.
- 2nd abstracts are accepted. Once registered, return to the Registration link on the website - the option of a 2nd abstract (no charge) is offered.
FORMAT OF POSTERS | POSTER DISPLAY
POSTER FORMAT
- Posters should be Portrait view in design
- Posters should be in the dimensions of: 1.2 m high by 1m wide
- There will be two Posters sessions - Posters A and B, with equal time for viewing of posters in both groups
- Poster Viewings are held during breaks and in nominated Poster sessions
- Posters will be displayed near the dining rooms, in ATHENA Hall.
- Boards and the means to attach your poster will be supplied
- Abstract numbers are according to the printed program
